Don't be mislead. An Epitome of Title of a manorial or feudal title does not prove ownership nor does it prove validity of a title. An Epitome of Title is for Land and Property and NOT Manorial or Feudal Titles.

Solicitors competent in Manorial Law would know this.

(2010 - Burton v Walker - Proof of Ownership)
This refers to the following law:
“In 2010 a land mark case Burton v Walker made it clear that the law
would only support a proof of ownership using a full set of deeds dating
back to the 3rd of September 1189 or at least the latest 1290 if the lordship
was created after 1189”

Be extremely wary of any company/platform using Epitome of Title to convince you that this proves ownership and validity of a title. It does nothing of the sort
