Don’t be ripped off by any company/platform selling this as a genuine title. A genuine Baron/Baroness title with a complete set of deeds is valued from£100,000 +.  A Possessory Title with the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment is valued around £900/1,250 with a the Deed of Conveyance signed and stamped by a solicitor. Without  a Deed of Conveyance signed and stamped by a solicitor these are worth around £800, but they must be guaranteed to be exclusive, which most platforms/companies do not guarantee.
