Solicitors Letter of Entitlement

If you would like a solicitors letter confirming your entitlement to use the name of a title then there are two options: one for a Lordship Title which is priced at £90 and the other for a Barony or Feudal Earldom title priced at £120

Alternatively, you could go to your own solicitor with your Deed of Conveyance and ask him/her to issue a Statutory Declaration of the name you wish to be called being "your name Lord/Lady of the Manor of XXXXX

or

"Your name Baron/Baroness of xxxxxxx

or

"Your Name Feudal Earl of XXXXX

A Statutory Declaration would be a cheaper option and probably your solicitor would charge between £45-£60

Your Own Title Name!

You don't need to pay Manorial Counsel Ltd or any other platform ridiculous money just to use a name of a title, as that is all that you would be purchasing - the use of a name and not an actual title. Manorial Counsel only sell the Quiet Enjoyment of a title name. That is not a title. Their solicitors are complicit in this grossly misleading act. They mislead their clients with notices on the Official Gazette which are merely advertising.

You can easily acquire your own title name. You can make one up or choose any name on Manorial Counsel Ltd platform, or this platform if you wish, or any other platform, and instruct a solicitor to create a Statutory Declaration for you that you would like to be called that name - Joe Bloggs Lordship of XXXXXX or Mary Bloggs Ladyship of XXXX or Joe Blogs Baron of XXX etc.

Once you have the Statutory Declaration ask the solicitor to submit a notice on the Official Gazette saying that you wish to be called that name.

You don't need to pay £1,000s for the same.

Or you can purchase a novelty title from us and use the Deed of Conveyance to go to a solicitor to have a Statutory Declaration done.
