Don’t be ripped off by any company/platform selling these as genuine titles. A genuine Lordship/Ladyship of the Manor title with a complete set of deeds is valued from£7,500 +.  A Possessory Title with the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment is valued around £600 – £900 with a the Deed of Conveyance signed and stamped by a solicitor. Without  a Deed of Conveyance signed and stamped by a solicitor these are worth around £300 - £400, but they must be guaranteed to be exclusive, which most platforms/companies do not guarantee.
